With the lowest listing inventory in 6 years, we are starting to see a new real estate trend in Whistler...higher listing prices coming to market. Properties are coming on at higher prices than we've been seeing in recent years. This poses the million dollar question. Will buyers have to come up to the sellers asking price? While it remains a buyers market your time maybe running out to get that "crazy" deal.
